Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire for a Office/Sales person in Cambridge, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire dedicated workers.
Pay:
Hourly Wage of $17.00-18.00/hrSchedule:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm Days of the week scheduled: Mon -Fri Job Requirements:
Masterson Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level office support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, catching errors, attention to detail, working independently and being self driven. Missing some of the skills below? Client is willing to train on some processes, however a core understanding of excel and bookkeeping is needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, catalog, and maintain office records, files, and inventory.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other office documents.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide administrative support.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy of office records.
- Coordinate office supplies and support daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with accounting principles.
- Strong cataloging, filing, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
