Orthodontic Front Desk & Administrative Specialist Glow Orthodontics is a brand-new, boutique orthodontic practice in Chanhassen seeking a full-time Front Desk & Administrative Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with patients and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of creating a welcoming, five-star office experience. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and daily office flow Assist with treatment coordination and patient follow-up Verify insurance benefits Maintain office organization and administrative workflows Assist with inventory, ordering, and office operations Support marketing efforts, referral relationships, and community outreach Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a growing practice environment Positive, energetic, engaging attitude Passion for creating an exceptional patient experience Previous orthodontic office experience preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discount Opportunity to grow alongside a new orthodontic practice Our Culture Glow Orthodontics is built on exceptional care, strong relationships, and a commitment to making every patient interaction outstanding.
