10am-4pm 3 days per week Be the Backbone of Our Leadership Team - Join as Administrative Support! Join our team as an Administrative Support professional! In this role, you'll provide essential assistance to the Executive Director and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. From coordinating schedules to maintaining timely communication, you'll help create a high-functioning, service-oriented workplace that makes a difference every day.Perks & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
1. Administrative & Executive Support- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support onboarding and communication needs for new hires and vendors. 2. Customer Service & Communication
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Support positive resident and family experiences by ensuring concerns are routed and addressed. 3. Operations & Office Coordination
- Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and incoming calls.
- Support scheduling and documentation related to inspections, audits, and compliance checklists.
- Assist in distributing communication to staff and families. 4. Team Support & Collaboration
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external coordination.
- Assist department leads with special projects, reports, and communication.
- Contribute to a collaborative and organized environment through consistent follow-through and initiative.
