Job Title:
Depot Repair Coordinator Now hiring a Depot Repair Coordinator in Duluth, GA. This on-site position offers a pay rate of $19-$21/hour with a variety of shifts. The role involves managing product return workflows, tracking inventory, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth repair processes. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on operational responsibilities. Experience with inventory management, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and strong time-management abilities are essential. Benefits Competitive pay Dynamic work environment Opportunity to support critical repair operations About the Role As a Depot Repair Coordinator, you will oversee the full RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process from intake to completion, including tracking parts, updating service logs, and coordinating with service, inventory, shipping, and repair teams. You will also handle customer communication, verify warranty statuses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair cycle.
Pay Rate:
$19-$21/hour Available Shift Times Multiple shifts available (details based on operational needs) Key Responsibilities Manage the entire RMA repair workflow Scan and track inbound parts and inventory movements Update service logs and document case closures Organize and process customer returns Coordinate with internal teams for efficient operations Track RMAs for key accounts and third-party repair facilities Fulfill RMA orders by coordinating with technicians Verify warranty status and communicate updates Maintain accurate data and documentation Key Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Accurate data-entry and documentation experience Strong time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to lift and transport boxes weighing up to 30 pounds Dependability and dedication to maintaining precise records Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
