What You'll Be Doing:
In-House Earmold Lab & Cutting-Edge Tech:
Take hands-on control of our state-of-the-art earmold production process—including scanning ear impressions, utilizing CAD software to design custom earmolds, and operating 3D printers.
General Lab & Device Maintenance:
Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, electro-acoustic testing, and basic hearing aid troubleshooting or walk-in cleanings.
Patient Support & Coordination:
Back up our Patient Care Coordinator team by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Team Collaboration:
Step in wherever needed to deliver a seamless, five-star experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
