We're currently hiring an AT&T Customer Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new products, and helping customers find the right options. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support as you build experience in customer service, communication, and account management. As an AT&T Customer Representative , you'll speak directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T products and services, help with account needs, and explain available options in an easy-to-understand way. No two customer conversations are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who is personable, adaptable, and ready to learn.

AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with customers in retail locations. Learn AT&T products, wireless plans, internet services, and promotions. Answer customer questions and provide clear information about available services. Help customers compare options and find solutions based on their individual needs. Assist with account updates, service changes, purchases, and activations. Follow up with customers when additional support is needed. Maintain accurate customer and account information. Work with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall experience. Represent AT&T professionally during every customer interaction.

AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required . Strong communication and active listening skills. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people. Ability to learn new products, technology, and customer service systems. Positive attitude with a willingness to take feedback and improve. Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Goal-oriented and motivated to grow professionally.
