JOB DESCRIPTION
Be a crucial team member contributing to an award winning, nationally recognized program as a Specialty Scheduling Assistant at the St. Cloud Hospital Heart and Vascular Center! Our Cardiovascular program has consistently been ranked in the Top 50 US News & World report for Cardiology and Heart surgery. Work daily with some of the world's best specialists! This role is responsible for providing scheduling support to the department. You will participate in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff. This role involves interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure that all scheduling needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Schedule:
Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am - 5pm |
Monday-Friday Pay and Benefits:
Pay range: $18.40 - $28.16 per hour benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required. 1 year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required. Post high school secretarial training preferred.
