Duties Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each participant's needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or memory support. Manage staff scheduling, training, and supervision to foster a motivated and professional team capable of delivering exceptional care. Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements across all program operations. Experience Proven management experience in nursing home administration or assisted living facility operations. Extensive background in senior care, long-term care regulations, and residential or home & community care services. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within healthcare or disability services settings. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare financial management practices. Knowledge of dementia care strategies including Alzheimer's disease and memory support techniques. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home environments is highly desirable.
