Help with phone coverage rotation from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Greet and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment.
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Support with shipping out materials to job sites.
Assist with company luncheons and other company functions.
Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing, etc.
Support HR staff with new hire orientation.
Provide administrative support aligned with evolving business priorities.
Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.
Arrange travel including hotels, transportation, and airfare.
Additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with MS applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay Range:
