Job Description

Overview:
The Administrative Assistant position enables efficient program operations through administrative support functions within a designated area, region, or service line.
Responsibilities:
ONBOARDING & PERSONNEL
Complete onboarding and hiring processing for new hires; Set up training files and access to computer based learning platforms; Maintain updated training files for staff; Set up and manage staff files; Assist with payroll management functions;
SERVICE RECORDS & BILLING
Complete data entry for new and existing persons served; Manage and maintain current files in electronic health records; Assist with data reports and dissemination of information from service records; Maintain service records as needed and ensure security of records; Assist with billing reports and processing functions;
COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
Ensure on-site safety of office and compliance with OSHA requirements in office; Ensure safety drills and reporting of safety drills to EHS / Quality Management; Support audit preparation, ensure record compliance (personnel and service) with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements, and facilitate on-site regulatory reviews;
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Ensure office(s) are supplied and well-maintained; Ensure access to office is limited to authorized personnel; Manage shared resources within office(s); Provide technical and administrative support to office personnel, staff, and providers as needed.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts; and Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a human services field Proficiency with computer applications and productivity software Attention to detail and professionalism in the workplace Occasional travel may be required CBH1
