Job Description
Medieval Metalwerx specializes in full metal fabrication, with expertise in CNC tube laser cutting and tube bending. We are committed to delivering high-quality products on time through clear communication and strong partnerships with top OEMs across the commercial, industrial, and automotive sectors. We are currently seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Order Processor / Administrative Assistant to support daily customer service, order entry, inventory, fulfillment, and front office operations. This role offers growth potential for a professional, positive, and detail-oriented individual who communicates well, stays organized, and remains accurate and helpful in a fast-paced environment while representing the company with professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner; assist customers with questions, process phone orders, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.
- Enter and process online and phone orders accurately from intake through fulfillment.
- Pull parts, package orders, and prepare shipments while maintaining attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Greet and assist guests at the front door and help maintain a welcoming front office environment.
- Support inventory management by monitoring select stock levels, preparing kitted items when inventory is low, and assisting with inventory organization.
- Update products, pricing, costs, and new item information in the inventory management system, point-of-sale system, and website.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, new hire binders, social media posts, trailer titles, and trailer photos on the server.
- Review shipping carrier bills for accuracy and flag discrepancies for follow-up.
- Assist with weekly showroom cleaning and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to enter orders and information accurately.
- Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility as tasks shift throughout the day.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to perform light lifting related to order fulfillment. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, shipping, parts, inventory, retail, or warehouse/order fulfillment.
- Knowledge or understanding of order fulfillment and inventory management systems.
- Experience working with point-of-sale systems, websites, product records, or pricing updates. Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- This position works onsite in an office, showroom, and shop floor environment.
- Regular use of phone, computer, email, inventory systems, and office equipment is required.
- The role may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light lifting while pulling parts or preparing shipments.
Pay/Benefits:
- $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Job type: Fulltime, Monday-Thursday 7:45am -5:00pm with a one-hour lunch; Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm with a one-hour lunch.
