  • Parking Stipend Provided) Position Overview A growing real estate organization is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a specialized exchange operations team.
This is a non-customer-facing, back-office administrative role focused on documentation, data entry, compliance, and workflow support. Perfect for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys process-driven work, document management, and internal operations support-without high-volume phones or client interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to internal operations and exchange processing teams Prepare, review, and organize real estate / title documentation Perform accurate data entry, file management, and record tracking Utilize proprietary systems, CRM platforms, and document management tools Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of transactions Support workflow coordination, internal reporting, and deadline management Assist team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of administrative assistant, office support, or clerical experience Background in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or property management strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and office systems Ability to thrive in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities Seeking long-term career growth in operations, real estate, or financial services Work Environment & Perks Low phone volume / no client-facing responsibilities Highly structured, process-driven workflow Collaborative, small team setting Opportunity to gain experience in real estate transactions, and compliance operations Downtown office with parking stipend provided All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
