Position Details:

Pay Rate:

$22.00/hr Work schedule: 9am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Potential for up to 40 hours per week. Downtown location with easy access to public transportation. Temporary to permanent job opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages; deliver to appropriate recipients Scan, index, and classify documents using multiple systems Prepare and ship parcels and freight; manage shipping requests Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; process invoices and POs Maintain mailroom equipment and restock supplies Box and label scanned materials for storage and retention Collaborate with internal teams and support process improvements Meet quality, quantity, and turnaround standards.

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to follow instructions and procedures with detail orientation Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site full-time Ability to sit and stand throughout the work day Are comfortable with hands-on work in a mailroom or distribution setting Are eager to learn and grow with the team What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
