Job DescriptionAdministrative duties include:
Checking emails, answering phone calls, data entry, general office work, etc.
Covering the front desk while our administrative assistant is away from the desk.
Data entry Updating our database, including but not limited to, address updates, researching and adding birth dates and death dates, adding education information.
Maintaining our database like making entries uniform, researching and adding information. Assist with office tasks like soring the mail, organizing the office and putting files and office supplies where they go.
Assist with filing both electronic and paper filesAssist with scanning documents to the cloud for long term storage.
Assist with making receipt letters for our donors, then stuffing them into envelopes and mailing them.
Special Projects As AssignedApproximately 60% of the work will be done on a desk on a computer or stuffing envelopes.
Approximately 20% of the work will be moving around, carrying or organizing items under 20 lbs.
Approximately 20% will be standing.
