Job Description

Summary The Administrative Assistant works with a team of operations professionals to support the clients and Wealth Advisors of the Crossroads Financial Group. The focus of this role is to provide welcoming, professional client service in the front office. Directing phone calls, greeting clients, and facilitating an organized office are key responsibilities. This position reports to and is employed by Crossroads Financial Group. This position is part time, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation is 22-25/hour depending on experience.

Job Description Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities Direct incoming phone calls, answer basic client questions, and schedule meetings Greet clients in the front office Send investment updates and other client communications Run weekly reports Maintain office, supplies, and breakroom Keep client relationship management system (Redtail) updated Plan and carry out team events Other responsibilities as assigned Position Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high quality work while experiencing frequent interruptions Strong computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Docusign, Microsoft Word, Excel) or ability to learn Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information As part of Crossroads Financial Group's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records. All persons with access to Wealthscape are deemed Access Persons and are subject to Compliance with the firm's Code of Ethics which requires all outside brokerage accounts to be maintained at one of the firms designated by TIMI.
