What You'll Do:
Serve as the central point of coordination for day-to-day office operations across Saluda Medical's Minnesota locations. Create a welcoming, professional workplace experience for employees, visitors, candidates, vendors, and business partners. Manage office operations, budgets, purchasing, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships. Plan and coordinate meetings, events, training activities, and travel logistics . Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including complex calendar management and confidential communications. Support Board and executive meeting logistics , governance activities, and cross-functional business initiatives. Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Sales Training, and leadership teams on special projects and employee engagement efforts. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.What You'll Bring:
High school diploma required ; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of office operations, executive administration, or related experience. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Our Core Values:
