Equipment Coordinator 1 st shift: 7am-3:30pm,
M-F Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Machine Build Readiness Coordinator to support machine design and assembly operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing materials, as well as coordinating between teams to ensure all required components and documentation are available and accurate. Key Responsibilities Receive and check in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) parts and custom machine components Monitor and track the status of outstanding parts to ensure timely availability Consolidate and stage COTS and machined components in preparation for assembly Obtain, print, and organize required documentation (e.g., TLAs, schematics, work instructions) Act as a liaison between technicians, the machine shop, and requesters to resolve issues such as incorrect, missing, or delayed parts Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment Notify requesters upon completion and readiness for delivery Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding (preferred) Basic familiarity with SolidWorks (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Able to perform occasional physically demanding tasks, including lifting and material handling If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
