Job Description

Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Associate is the welcoming face and voice of our firm, responsible for creating a warm, professional, and engaging experience for clients and team members. This role ensures seamless front office operations while supporting client service requests. The ideal candidate has wealth management experience and is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting clients with professionalism and efficiency. Fingerprinting and comprehensive background checks are required.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a professional first impression for every client interaction. Answer and address incoming calls promptly and courteously. Ensure seamless scheduling of meetings and conference rooms. Assist with client service requests (e.g., statements, deposits and withdrawals, address and beneficiary changes, etc.). Assist with new business processing (e.g., new accounts, transfers, client profiles, etc.). Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with data entry and recordkeeping in CRM and financial systems. Support compliance processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management.
Background Screening:
Fingerprinting and comprehensive background checks are required to ensure our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients are upheld. Only applicants with clean or nearly clean records should apply.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Familiarity with financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and service delivery.
