As the first face our families see, you'll play an important role in making people feel comfortable, supported, and respected from the moment they walk through the door. Some days may be calm and predictable, while others may be busy and require you to think on your feet. Not every situation will come with a clear script or set of instructions. You'll need to be comfortable navigating a little uncertainty, using good judgment, and making thoughtful decisions along the way. And because the families we serve may sometimes be facing stressful or difficult circumstances, your ability to communicate with warmth, patience, professionalism, and compassion will make a meaningful difference. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and being the person others can count on, we'd love to have you join our team! Families First is hiring for a 30-40 hour-per-week position! The position offers full-time benefit-eligible hours from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM , with the opportunity to work until 4:30 PM based on scheduling needs and your interest.
