Full Job Description Responsibilities/Job Description:
On Fairview's Home Medical Equipment (FHME) team , we strive to help each patient reach optimal independence, health, and comfort. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Home Medical and Orthotics Prosthetics division. This role will support the System Executive, Directors, and Managers of the department. This division has 17 locations across the Twin Cities and another location in Hibbing. The position will work in-person at our main location in St. Paul, MN . This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM . This is a benefit-eligible role! The overall responsibilities include managing a complex office environment with their daily needs. Responsibilities Provides coordination of written and verbal communication to support day to day operations including greeting and directing visitors, answering and managing telephone calls, developing presentations and reports, and making copies. Prepares agendas, notices, meeting materials, minutes and resolutions as well as provides support for AV, catering needs, and travel arrangements for meetings. Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and manages calendars for department staff including managers, directors, etc. Develops and implements office procedures to maintain systems and records, including preparing invoice for payments, locating and ordering repair/service requires, order supplies, and maintaining equipment. Assist other staff as needed to ensure no gaps in service to leadership team. Interacts with other people from a wide variety of levels, from clients to managements and C-suite leaders. Performs daily tasks with a positive attitude and a desire to develop. Makes independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle tasks. Develops systems of organization and effectively prioritizes tasks. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED 2 years experience in a similar administrative role Preferred Qualifications Background in healthcare provider or payor industry Experience supporting multiple individuals
Notary Qualifications:
$22.96- $32.42 Hourly
