Full Job Description Description:
The Repair Coordinator is responsible for general administrative tasks, such as entering data, creating and tracking status of returns, and interacting with customers via phone and email. This position works collaboratively with the other Repair Coordinator to manage departmental workflow, share repair administration responsibilities, and support efficient operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Collaborate with other Repair Coordinators to distribute and assist repair and return workloads Create, maintain, and track repair-related documentation, including Statistic Tracking Notification's, repair quotations, and delivery paperwork Provide cross-coverage for repair administration activities to ensure continuity of service Manage routine repair status updates, customer communications, and documentation activities Assist with collecting data Coordinate and process product returns, including return notifications, checking incoming returns in SAP, and coordinating returns to vendors Follow safety policies and keep a clean, organized work environment Train employees and customers on relevant processes Perform other duties as required or assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education High school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree or equivalent with two years of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in administrative support Basic computer skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Knowledge of SAP Ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize Ability to work well independently as well as with others Detail-orientated Ability to multi-task Ability to follow all safety rules Customer-service oriented Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and maintain composure in stressful situations
