Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, providing excellent customer support and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle all clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records with precision Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Operate office equipment and computer systems confidently, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks Assist with administrative projects like document preparation, proofing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow Experience Prior experience working at a front desk or in an office environment demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Proven clerical experience with proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with office management tools such as calendar management software or scheduling platforms Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multi-line phone systems effectively Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is advantageous but not required; strong organizational skills are essential Personal assistant or administrative support experience that highlights time management and attention to detail This paid position offers an engaging environment where your proactive attitude and organizational prowess will shine.
