Job Responsibilities & Requirements Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day office and administrative support to help ensure a positive, organized, and efficient workplace experience. This role assists with front desk coverage, meeting and event coordination, employee engagement activities, and general office operations. The Administrative Assistant also serves as a flexible resource, providing support to the Executive Assistant and assisting with special projects and workplace initiatives as needed. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant as needed, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and other tasks. Provide back up support to front desk operations by greeting visitors and assisting with reception coverage, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries as needed. Support the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for Executive Team. Manage new hire welcome kits for field and new baby gifts Manage ticket coordination Support Talent Acquisition team with booking candidate travel Help prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces for department meetings and events. Assist with coordinating company events, employee celebrations, and engagement activities. Support onsite employee programs and workplace initiatives. Help maintain organized office, kitchen and common areas and stock supplies as needed. Assist with desk cleanouts and other workplace needs as requested. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, office support, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies, packages, and materials. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality, including being present and ready to work at the start of the scheduled shift. This is an on-site Monday - Friday role at our Corporate HQ in Chesterfield.

Physical Demands This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
