Description:
Corum Health Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our long-term care pharmacy team. This position is for a candidate who can provide top notch customer service, answer multiple phone calls while maintaining professionalism, and is willing to assist with a large variety of administrative projects. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others, is organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, and has excellent follow-through. We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our employees, facility partners, residents and vendor partners. Candidate must be dependable.
Essential Responsibilities :

Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or similar role preferred, but not required Previous pharmacy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Professional and friendly communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email and other computer-based systems Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
