Part-Time Pay:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience About Us We are a patient-centered chiropractic, acupuncture, and functional medicine practice dedicated to helping people improve their health and quality of life. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized Front Office Coordinator /Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, emails, and text messages professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Complete patient intake and maintain accurate medical records Process payments and assist with administrative billing Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient documentation Order office and clinical supplies as needed Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient flow Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or other healthcare office Office management or medical administrative experience Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience
Required Skills:
