Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, document preparation, filing, scheduling, correspondence, record keeping, and other routine office tasks. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with computers, able to manage multiple responsibilities, and committed to maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Perform general clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations. Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Prepare, organize, scan, copy, and file documents and records. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and routine inquiries. Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other office documents. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative activities. Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness. Retrieve and organize information as requested by management or team members. Communicate with internal teams to obtain or verify information. Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, and business information. Follow established office procedures and administrative guidelines. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines. Provide additional clerical support to management and other departments as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and internet skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and web-based systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Previous clerical, administrative, office, data entry, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
