Responsibilities What You'll Do:
Submit procurement intake forms and supporting documentation. Work with Procurement to monitor agreements 180, 120, 90, and 60 days before expiration. Document vendor performance and determine renewal recommendations. Identify evaluation criteria and subject matter experts. Gather historical spend, usage, and contract information. Coordinate stakeholder reviews of solicitation documents. Ensure all department requirements are finalized before advertisement. Coordinate evaluation committee membership & reviews. Enter requisitions as needed. Monitor contractor performance. Coordinate modifications, amendments, and change orders. Escalate performance or compliance issues to Procurement. Ensure compliance with contract terms and city requirements. Track performance for interim and final past performance documentation. Ensure departmental compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Review and verify insurance documents received by the department. Perform analytics in e-Builder and liaise with the department's Planning Division to find efficiencies. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications
REQUIRES
an accredited Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience in business or public sector administration to include at least 2 years performing administrative and/or supervisory work involving more complex projects or programs; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience with at least 2 years performing administrative and/or supervisory work involving more complex projects or programs.
