Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative activities and help maintain an efficient and professional workplace. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, assisting team members, and developing valuable administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities Assist with daily office and administrative activities. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and office activities. Receive and organize incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with routine scheduling and office coordination. Maintain organized office areas and supplies. Support team members with general administrative tasks. Assist with customer and visitor requests when needed. Maintain accurate records and organized information. Help ensure daily office activities are completed efficiently. Communicate office needs and updates to appropriate team members. Assist with general customer service activities when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
