Job Description

Description Position Summary This role supports managers and staff with day-to-day office needs and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who calls or walks through our doors.
Position Details:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Range:
$17-$18/hr What You'll Do Answer and direct incoming phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports Maintain organized filing systems Order and track office supplies Maintain and update contact lists Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients Provide general administrative support wherever needed
What You'll Need Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
At least one year of administrative experience preferred. Skills & Abilities Familiarity with office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of standard office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) Strong oral communication, data entry, and general office skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently Sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality of client records and information Professional communication style and a positive, team-oriented attitude Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Conditions of Employment Candidates must pass a satisfactory post-offer medical review, criminal background check, and drug screening, and must provide proof of auto insurance meeting the state's minimum requirements.
