This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping teams stay focused on delivering high-quality work. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities with accuracy and minimal oversight. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the development team. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes and action items as needed. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to team activities and projects. Help track deadlines, deliverables, and status updates across multiple priorities. Communicate with internal team members to maintain progress on active developments. Liaise with internal and external partners in a professional manner. Coordinate property closings, obtain signatures and facilitate communication with external team members. Manage team checklists across multiple properties and keep long lead items forefront in priority. Attend in person and virtual meetings; representing the team professionally and confidently. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency. ations Previous administrative, coordination, or office support experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with common productivity tools such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, and document management systems. Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information. Problem-solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to work. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Preferred Skills Experience supporting an industry oriented team (construction, architect, engineer, developer, real estate). Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools. Experience coordinating cross-functional communication and logistics. Comfort preparing professional documents and simple presentations.
