$18 - $20 per Hour About the Role Oakes Auto Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting & Administration team. This role is essential to keeping dealership operations running smoothly by managing vehicle inventory paperwork, maintaining accurate records, processing deal documentation, and supporting daily administrative functions. Success in this position comes from balancing accuracy, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency. Process and organize vehicle keys for both the Sales and Service departments as new inventory arrives from transport. Scan, organize, and maintain deal jackets and dealership documents, including proof of title delivery, product cancellations, and electronic filing. File electronic liens (e-liens) on funded vehicle deals while ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks that support the Accounting and Office teams. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record Ability to pass a standard background check Strong reliability and consistent attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative experience is a plus Experience with Tekion is helpful but not required.
