Clerical Assistant (Part-Time)

Shatto Milk Company has an immediate opening for an Clerical Assistant. This position is responsible for posting our daily store sales, count money, filing, computer entry and any other duties that are necessary to assist the accounting department. Candidates with strong communication skills who can effectively communicate with others will stand out. Quickbooks experience is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality are vital to this position. Skills Working knowledge of Quickbooks preferred, but not required Clerical experience is preferred Excellent math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Must be flexible High school diploma or equivalent
