The role assists with daily office operations, supports professional staff, and helps promote responsible financial stewardship across the university.
Essential Duties Administrative Support:
Data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks Assist professional staff with special projects, data collection, research, and reporting tasks Answer phone and email inquiries and route messages to appropriate staff members Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records Monitor, organize, and restock office supplies Other duties that may be assigned.
