- Reports to Construction Manager to assist in daily operations to ensure projects run efficiently
- Deal with our customers, homeowners, and 3rd party companies with matters such as damaged property, utility lines, etc..
- Track daily activities in spreadsheets including locate tickets, calling in damages, daily production, and vehicle maintenance
- Assist field operations as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks Requirements
- Team player excited by the challenge in the position and eager to learn
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize jobs, and meet deadlines
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a company vehicle. Experience driving and backing up a trailer is a plus
- Must pass criminal background check, and drug test
- Able to lift 50lbs
