Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed

PTA:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to residents, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. Key Responsibilities  Follow and implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist  Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training  Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely  Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist  Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs  Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines  Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment  Maintain productivity and efficiency goals Qualifications  Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program  Current state PTA license (or eligibility)  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work effectively with geriatric populations and IDT  Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred, but not required) Why Join Us?  Supportive interdisciplinary team environment  Meaningful work helping patients regain independence  Flexible scheduling options  Commitment to quality patient care
