Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Toll Processing Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage toll transactions, ensure accurate data entry, and provide exceptional customer support at the front desk. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help streamline toll processing operations, contributing to efficient workflow and excellent client service. This position offers an engaging environment where your office management expertise and communication skills will make a meaningful impact every day. Duties Process toll payments accurately using various software platforms, including TollAid and productivity tools. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, provide information, and direct calls efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems and update spreadsheets to track toll transactions and client information. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with questions, payments, and account inquiries via phone. Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all records are current and error-free. Coordinate with toll agencies across the U.S. to ensure timely processing of tolls and maintain high levels of office productivity. Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail, parcels, and packages to the correct employees Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrate customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of data entry procedures, filing systems, and office management practices is advantageous.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
