Front Office Team Member - Ophthalmology Practice Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about helping others? Our growing ophthalmology practice is seeking a Front Office Team Member who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients' lives. The right candidate will be the first impression of our practice and play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing patient check-in and check-out processes Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate records Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every interaction We believe skills can be taught, but enthusiasm, compassion, and a commitment to helping others come from within.
