Job Summary:
We at Southern Import Specialist are looking for Secretary/Bookkeeper for our automotive business with experience and proficiency in Quick books, Perform routine clerical and administrative functions in the automotive space such as organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, reckoning vehicle titles or providing information to callers .The candidate must be highly reliable.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicating with customers - Providing information to customers, co-workers and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail Office accounting works, pay bills, reckon purchase orders reckon Vehicle Titles Taking payments for the business in person at the office or through the phone. Payroll processing for the business Doing paperwork for vehicle titles and related to the automotive industry.
Job Requirements- Tasks, Skills, Knowledge, and Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge about the Automotive industry preferred Should know to reckon vehicle titles that come into the store. Knowledge of and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and QuickBooks software. Candidates with very good computer skills will be given high preference.
