Job Description

The Program Intern works closely with the program management teams, helping drive programs from concept to completion while developing practical project management and operational skills.
Job Duties:
Assists the program management team with the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of program activities Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in preparing reports and presentations to evaluate program effectiveness Maintains organized project documentation, updates databases, and supports scheduling and correspondence Participates in team meetings, takes detailed notes, and assists with preparing materials and logistics for internal and external events Takes ownership of assigned business-focused projects under the guidance of senior staff, contributing ideas and solutions Others duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
N/A Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
Currently pursuing, or have recently acquired, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Communications, required
Experience:
Leadership experience, preferred
Certifications/Licensure:
N/A Software:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Salesforce, or Google Workspace, preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
