As a key point of contact, you will manage front desk activities, handle client interactions, and support office management functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and providing prompt assistance to callers. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Handle office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings or events. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client communication is clear and professional. Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative operations with high attention to detail. Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, manage client information securely, and ensure overall office productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills—bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately and maintain detailed records. Previous front desk or customer service experience is highly desirable. Technical proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and office equipment. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Pay:
