Administrative Assistant with the potential to move into Business Management We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that support both our clients and internal operations. We're looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to and returning phone calls promptly Scheduling appointments with clients and customers Managing billing for insurance companies and private clients Assisting with social media content and advertising efforts Running occasional errands as needed Maintaining and organizing a waitlist for therapy clients; providing information to potential clients Conducting research projects and assisting with event planning and coordination Supporting general administrative tasks as assignedQualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable interacting with people and handling numerical data Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential We are looking for a long-term team member and are happy to train the right candidate. This position offers flexible responsibilities that can total up to full-time hours based on the combination of duties.
