Westaff is on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant for a state office in Helena, MT !
Term:
Temporary, at least 1 year
Schedule:
Full Time, Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay:
$24.50/hour
What You Will Do:
Opens, reviews, and processes incoming and outgoing mail, including written, fax, email, and certified mailings. Prepares legal documents, correspondence and other documents as requested by staff. Creates and maintains accurate electronic case files for all contested cases before the OAH using an electronic case management system in accordance with office policies. Schedules administrative hearings, coordinates exchange of exhibits and filing of documents, and determines if documents meet filing requirements. Coordinates and administers activities for the Board of Public Appeals (BOPA) including drafting letters, agendas, and minutes. Coordinate's meeting space and drafts payment vouchers for BOPA members' compensation.
What You Will Bring:
High School Diploma/GED. One year of training in legal terminology. Two years job-related professional administrative legal support experience. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
