Overview Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are seeking a versatile team member for a unique dual role as a part-time Accounting Clerk & Supplementary Teacher Assistant. Your primary focus will be managing essential financial administration in our business office, alongside providing flexible classroom support for Pre-K through elementary students as needed. Working directly with our Business Manager, you will receive hands-on training with the opportunity to advance into a full-time accounting role.
What You'll Do Accounting & Administrative Support:
Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping entries. Maintain organized financial records, accounts payable/receivable files, and office documentation. Assist administrative leadership with operation support, budget tracking and routine auditing tasks.
Classroom Paraprofessional Support:
Help support students with reading, math, and classroom activities aligned with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Assist students with daily routines and mobility with dignity, care, and respect. Support positive social skills and self-regulation using established classroom strategies. Assist lead teachers with preparing adapted learning materials and managing classroom flow. What We're Looking For Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and routine financial data entry paired with a warm, patient heart for elementary students. Ability to seamlessly transition between quiet desk work and active classroom environments. Strong collaboration skills with administration, teachers, therapists, and staff. Requirements & Preferred Skills High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check suitable for a school environment.

Prior experience or coursework in basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support.
