Winds of Change Mental Health Center is looking for a Part-Time Clerical Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our office. This position assists with financial recordkeeping, filing, data organization, and general office tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Schedule:
Part-Time, 10-15 hours per week . Hours are flexible and may vary based on business needs. Responsibilities Complete monthly bank reconciliations by balancing accounts and working closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies. File and organize paper and electronic documents, ensuring records are accurate and easily accessible. Run business-related errands, including making bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, and completing other administrative tasks. Assist with planning and coordinating monthly employee engagement and appreciation events. Scan, copy, organize, and audit documents to maintain accurate records. Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling financial, employee, and client information. Assist with other clerical and administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, clerical, or bookkeeping experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Dependable, professional, and customer service-oriented. Basic math and bookkeeping skills preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
