The ideal candidate brings strong Excel and Word skills , experience with payroll , accounts receivable , and accounts payable , and the ability to coordinate smoothly with engineers, project managers, and clients. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support — Manage daily office operations, scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Financial Processing — Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Payroll Management — Prepare and process payroll, maintain employee time records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Excel Reporting — Build and maintain spreadsheets for project tracking, budgets, and operational reporting. Word Documentation — Draft, edit, and format proposals, technical documents, and internal communications. Project Coordination — Support engineering teams with project documentation, meeting minutes, and workflow organization. Client Interaction — Assist with client communication, scheduling, and document delivery. Travel Arrangements - Support staff with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotel rooms and car rentals. Required Skills & Qualifications Microsoft Excel Expertise — Advanced spreadsheet functions, data entry accuracy, formulas, and reporting. Microsoft Word Proficiency — Professional formatting, templates, and document management. Payroll Experience — Familiarity with payroll systems and compliance requirements. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently in a technical environment. Excellent communication skills.
