As a HSE Administrative Assistant on our team in Spartanburg, SC. you'll perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services for our HSE team. You'll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance. You'll also support the team maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, power point presentation. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. Job duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist management and maintain records regarding environmental and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Assist in the development, implementation and on-going review of EH&S policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee files by collecting, reviewing, and filing updated documents.
- Assist badging office with employee access.
- Maintain BZO System and track corrective action plan.
- Create and maintain daily HSE reports and newsletters.
- Assist in creating training materials and presentations.
- Review policies and procedures
- Assist as needed with onsite training.
- Assist with support services within the department as needed.
- Maintain communication with the HSE Manager to understand trends and what can be done to mitigate those safety risks. - High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.
- Advanced level computer skills in
MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Ideally, you'll also have:
- College education or degree, but not required.
- Experience working with high-level clients, executives, and government and public officials.

Minimum 40,800.00Posted Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 to $56,100.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
