Position Summary The position is responsible for providing critical administrative support for a variety of faculty, students, and affiliated personnel in matters related to the area concentration. This includes providing administrative support to the Area Chair, scheduling meetings, planning conferences and events, assisting visiting faculty and scholars, and sending communications on behalf of the academic area. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Management Preferences Experience in event planning, Concur, monthly budget reconciliation and Excel. Special Physical/Mental Requirements Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
