$28/hour on W-2 | Job Summary Seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Support Coordinator II to provide administrative and project support to department leadership and project teams. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, travel, onboarding, and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects, schedules, meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Manage calendars, meeting agendas, action items, and follow-ups. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Support employee/contingent worker onboarding and office administration. Handle expense reports, supplies, documentation, and confidential administrative tasks. Assist with data collection, analysis, process improvements, and project activities. Collaborate with cross-functional and local teams while maintaining strong communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 4+ years of administrative experience; pharmaceutical experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Project management and pharmaceutical industry experience are a plus.Pay:
