Job Description
Serve as Administrative Assistant for Law Enforcement Training Programs Provide information to general public, staff, and students Work with computer programs and software Perform data entry within the College Database and ACADIS for classes and student enrollment Create instructor evaluation records. Assist staff, instructors and students with records, paperwork, equipment, and other projects when needed Maintain student certification records, pre-registration records, and all other records as directed by the Coordinator of Law Enforcement Programs Provide tests and lab exercises for classes that require them, (proctor test as needed) and make certificates for completed classes Maintain all online course records for Law Enforcement Responds to scheduled and unscheduled audits and inspections by state agencies. Assists with setting up computer-based exams.
Required:
High School Diploma 2 years of administrative experiencePreferred:
Associate Degree 2 years of administrative experience in Public Services or government.
