Job Description

The Opportunity Responsible for supporting daily miscellaneous tasks for the facility. Coordination of events, plant communications. Monitor entrance door visitors. Maintain housekeeping of front desk, visitors' closet and conference room. Additional job duties as assigned by management. This position is a part-time position, onsite, Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 1:30PM. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, vendors, and employees as they arrive. Sign in guests, issue visitors' badges, and direct them to the appropriate areas. Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
Phone and Email Handling:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Respond to general inquiries via email. Assist the General Manager (GM) and Plant Manager (PM) with administrative tasks. Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars. Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed. Handle incoming / outgoing mail Monitor access to the facility. Ensure compliance with safety protocols (e.g., visitor sign-in, safety gear). Report on any security concerns promptly. Provide a welcoming and helpful experience for all visitors. Address inquiries and resolve minor issues. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. What You Need to Succeed Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to Multitask. Language(s): Bilingual English Spanish is a plus.
